Three men succumbed to their injuries at the General Hospital of Mazatlan following a violent firearm attack in the Ampliación Lomas del Ébano neighborhood.

A violent armed aggression registered in the municipal jurisdiction of Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico, has resulted in the death of three individuals. The targeted attack occurred on the afternoon of Tuesday, August 11, on the public streets of the Ampliación Lomas del Ébano neighborhood, where victims were surprised by bursts of heavy gunfire from assault weapons.

Emergency responders rapidly deployed to the scene to assist the wounded individuals, transporting them urgently to the General Hospital of Mazatlán. Despite receiving critical medical care, local healthcare authorities confirmed that all three victims lost their lives due to the severity of their bullet wounds during the course of the night and early morning hours.

The first victim to be pronounced dead was identified as Luis Antonio “N”, aged 31, whose death was reported by medical personnel at approximately 21:00 hours on Tuesday. Subsequently, during the early morning hours of Wednesday, August 12, hospital authorities confirmed the deaths of Jesús Abraham “N”, 26, and Jesús Ernesto “N”, 36, who were undergoing intensive trauma treatment.

In response to the casualties, specialized agents from the Fiscalía General del Estado arrived at the medical facility to officially register the deaths, execute legal protocols, and collect forensic evidence.
